North Shore Fishing Adventures operates out of the harbor in historic Haleiwa Town. Haleiwa was founded by missionaries in 1832 and grew with the coming of the Oahu Railroad. Today, the 2 square mile town is home to 2500 residents (and has a few tourists too). World famous shaved ice, Haleiwa Joe's Resturant, Kua Aina Sandwich shop, Surf N Sea, The Triple Crown of Surfing, North Shore Shark Adventures and North Shore Fishing Adventures are found in Haleiwa.
Haleiwa is about an hour's drive from Waikiki. Take the H-1 West then H-2 North until the Wahiawa exit (#8). Drive through Wahiawa and continue North on Kamehameha highway. Turn off at the Haleiwa exit and proceed through Haleiwa Town. Turn left at the 76 gas station. Turn right to the Small Boat Harbor. We are in slip #35.
